Was over at the shop working on my car and couldn't resist taking a picture from this point of view. The plates are real and will be registered to the car in the spring. Installed a reworked Corvette e brake handle in between the buckets today. Black pistol grip looks great and works just fine. Lots of small **** that needs to be finished up....
Based on the location of the leaf springs, it looks like that Nova could take a LOT more tire ... why so skinny?
Honey, Do these tires make my ass look skinny?
295's at the moment and Yes I could go up a bit to say 320's but will have to narrow the rear end first. There is a plan in place for an update/re-work of the rear suspension components and wider tires.
That's awesome !! I see they used a 68-70 Charger gas filler door. I always thought the "odd" Mopars were only available in Australia. It would be nice to see a few here. What engine did they use in that? Any more pictures?

I'm guessing it was the Hemi version of the slant 6. 265cuber I think

A couple of hundred were shipped to the UK back in the day, and sold as flagship Chrysler vehicles.
Mine was a 318 V8. The Ozzies kept the Hemi 6 for themselves, selfish gits!
I loved the back of this car, but hated the front. I painted the grill black (was grey/silver) and the headlight surrounds. I also added the little spotlights into the grill.
