Not that i really care but Iv allways found the 6 buck thing kinda strange just for the amount of extra work invoved makeing change, counting ect. Seems to be the standard rate at Ancaster no matter who puts the show on. this one can be a real crap shoot as far as weather is conserned but ill be there no mater what its doing out

I will try to update you later this week on the condition of the Ancaster Fair Grounds, the inside vending has been sold out for months, the outside vendors will be on asphalt and gravel, the only area which maybe soft will be spectator parking, so please only park where are staff says to do so.
As for the $6.00 Admission, it really is a small price to pay if you consider we pay close to that for 1 gallon of gas.
As in hosting any event there is considerable costs from rental of the property, advertizing/promotion and event insurance, as well as numerous other costs
The Rodmasters Car Club would like to thank everyone who still come out and support us after 40 years of hosting our swap meets, twice a year........

As I said about the 6 bucks dont care just find it odd. But hey if your lookin for construtive complants, the big field is great when the weather cooperates but I realy liked the set up when you moved to the new location the smaller lots provided a better wind break would of made for a more enjoyable strole and would of kept the outside vendors around abit longer on a bad day . That big field  is just brutal when its cold and blowing.

there is no longer a old fairground it has been gobbled up with 1/2 million dollar housing and fire hall, the new larger location was the replacement and was built to host larger venues and every weekend is booked years in advanced
I agree alot of outside vendors are packing up around 1-2 pm, once the high volume of spectators are gone which is between 8-12, i guess it depends on the day and weather conditions..........
