Well it's half under a lift with a prowler on top of it. Looks are decieving. It's tight in there. And all the 47 parts are gone lol.

Started my Prowler modification project recently. Fist had to mount the mule tub and build a laser gantry for it. Now I can start making the plywood bucks I need to get the shape down.

Are you doing a Howler type thing to it?

Body in white is a nice place to start.

Yes, a howler thing. First cosmetic, then mechanical.

Apart from the mechanical differences, the Howler is basically a Prowler with a different rear. There is one Howler in existence ( was in the Walter P Chrysler Museum until it closed in January of this year). It is a concept that Chrysler came up with to address some issues that Prowler enthusiasts had. One of the issues with the Prowler was, no trunk. This was due to the transaxle back there taking up all the space. The Howler has a pick-up-truck type back with a tailgate and all. The other issue ( unjustified if you drive a Prowler with a V6 and see for yourself) was the lack of a V8. The Howler has a V8, T5 tranny and a dana 44 rear end. For now I hope to do the cosmetic phase. Later, maybe the mechanical phase. I have a spare Prowler frame to hack up and a Cobra IRS to graph into it. Would just have to come up with a 5.7 Hemi and a T5.

Got a good start on the bucks. Now I have to tweak the contours. Lots of compound curves on it.
