this car has been on kijiji for years, the clown who owns this has some fantasy its a rare item, they want 3500 for a 500 dollar car. who in thier right mind would buy this for that money?
I have noticed over my decades, that no matter what you have for sale, eventualy someone will come by and buy it. (Yeah------------- if you want to wait for a couple of years.) Lol
Trying to sell something that has been on the market for a few years is like trying to find a suitable woman.
The old saying still holds true : "There is a lid for every pot" .

Sure looks cool with those nice rims and tires!! That must be tremclad blue in a spray bomb, i'd be suspicious of it though, that is pretty cheap, with all the "Hard Work" already done!! Lol
OK so this is something that drives me nuts. How do you guys set a price for a car when you want to sell. Some here say there cars are worth some pretty good bucks, how do you justify that.I have seen posted that your labour is not worth anything when figureing the price,ok except for a customer shop build. So then the next thing should be body style, used to be 4drs were parts cars no matter condition, you always fixed the 2dr as it was worth more. Not true anymore as the kids want to take there friends so they don't mind the 4drs .Ok that leaves condition, restored or not ,origional(only origional once ) how much is that worth.Rat rods came around originally because you could join the fun (if they let you in)on a budget, now they are asking $15grand for a rat rod.Parts once they are installed they are used ,how much are used parts worth,1/2,1/4 of purchase price.Steel or fiber glass,is a fiberglass repo 32 coup worth more than an original all metal 48 Pontiac Torpido or a 59 ElCamino.Just because you put a ton of money into a car does it make it worth that to the next guy. Please don't give me the you can't build it for that money, it doesn't matter.People look at the price and thats all they see at first. So how do you set a price that is fair to you and will attract buyers and won't have the experts ridicueling you .Just because some don't think a certain year or manufacture is not desirable doesn't hold true for others, and some may think there car is worth a million bucks because it has all the latest and most expensive parts in it,yet you can have just as much fun in the same model without all the expensive aftermarket parts.I don't know any more what stuff is worth I guess you just set a price you need from it and hope there is a buyer at that price. We all feel our stuff is gold and the other guy is nuts to belive his car is worth that much but remember that is what that buyer is thinking as well.I guess another question is how much is high dollar, for a build or to buy a rod or custom. As well what is concidered low buck.Maybe Poncho could set up one of those servay things with different levels from say 0 to @100,000 .
