Quiet day today recovering from Last night. For the past ??? 10 years son has taken me to the stock car races at Barrie Speedway, along with buying me supper. He first started this when he was only 15, and had saved up a few dollars from helping farmers in the area. Great show last night, "Super late Models" and "Modified Open Wheel" cars,,, an all "Oscaar" program.

We were going out to Georgetown this morning but with this down pour I think I'll settle for my breakfast in bed and a remote in my hand
Well our dispatch system is totally down so have not been able to get any work. I've been to two central offices doing some maintanance work waiting for some work. At least I'm out of the rain!!
I've got all kinds of things I COULD be doing.....but that 'remote in hand' idea sounds pretty ideal at this point - probably just watch the race at Michigan.

Youngest son cooked breakfast for me this morning, than we went and spent some time with my Dad in his garage for a few hours working on his 64 Impala , oldest boy is BBQing dinner , my daughter had to work today but wished me a Happy Fathers Day before she left It was a good day
