Echo Rochie words,a good time had by all!And I mean ALL!This years event went off without a hitch,weather was perfect,cars were out of this world,and above all...I dare to say,nothing but smiles and laughs everywhere I looked!Thank you to all our ELTA brothers for their tireless efforts,the Hartmans for there help year after year,Mc Cullochs costumes for their co-operation,all the great friends who brought their cars,dragsters,bikes,trucks.Most of all I would like to thank(because he's so humble),Fast Elvis for all the smoozn,huggn,and ear kissing he does all year long to help draw the great cars/people that come.Well done gang. confuse

Well now that I've had my nap and breakie i want to thank everybody involved with the bash. Please understand that this is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a complete list of those I want to thank for gracing us with their presence.

FIRST AND FOREMOST, to all my ELTA brothers, we really did something here didn't we. All of you deserve all the thank yous you get.
To all the photogs out there, who have captured the event and share their talents with us by documenting the the best damn party in Ontario.

And I can't thank my oldest friends, the Gramada Brothers, too much for bringing in their bantam coupe "Bad News Travels Fast". it was REALLY well recieved. And to all the other Windsor Chatham boys that came down Thanks so much, you know how much you mean to me.

The day has just passed and I'm already thinking about next year.

To all of you that came out, THANKS for spending your day with us!!

Thanks for another great time..was good to run into some old and new friends.. was a little disappointed about the biggrin "no-Kilt scotsman" but at least we still had shorts with a cast.. confuse I really think we all should nominate and support MARK..(fast Elvis) for Premier Of Ontario.. Mark really does a super job of welcoming everybody and has a very special way of making you feel that you are the most important person at the event ..I have to say that I am hard pressed to find a more friendly, welcoming, dedicated to speed group of rodders than The Boy's from the ELTA ..you have to admit they really know how to put a group hug of rods to-gether..My life in hot-rodding has been greatly enhanced just knowing these fine rodders So here's to you guys for another great time and a big thank-you for making this happen and for bringing so many great guys and girls and the multiculterism in rods from one's imagination or dream to fruition for us all to share ..the variety of talent blows my mind..What a display of artwork customs and rods and bikes on display...I had a great visit ...Thanks you guys for a party well done..looking forwad to how your going to top this one.. disbelief

I wanted to say thank you for all the great comments on this thread about our "Summer Bash" this past Sat......your all too kind. I wanted to say thank you to all the first time "Ontario Rodders" that came out to support this event. Thank you to the long time "Ontario Rodders" and old friends that have been coming out for many years and still feel that energy in the air like it was their first time out to the ELTA Shop....lol.....that's priceless.

I wanted to say thank you to my ELTA brothers that worked so hard to make this our best evening yet......Mike,Wayne,Jamie,Al and Jim & Cindy Hartman plus their fine sons......your all the best and I'm very blessed.

Hope to see you all again next year for our 10th ELTA Dsiciples of Speed Summer Bash......it's your support combined with our passion that makes this so much fun to do..........THANK YOU.

I did the Leamington Tomato Festival Car show this past weekend and many of the guys are still talking about the "GREAT" E.L.T.A. summer bash. Going to be a tough act to follow, but you just watch the E.L.T.A guys will make it happen.

Thanks for the kudos guys, considering where they come from, they really mean a lot!! The guy with the orange Willys that was parked in front of me at the Bash wanted to do a trade but #1- I would have had to sell the house to make up the difference and #2- my wife wouldn't let me!

Well John......... the E.L.T.A. Disciples of Speed are certainly going to do their best to make the 2014 party another successful evening.....lol.....as long as we keep getting the good folks and hard core hot rodders like you attending, we should be in good shape for the future.......once again thank you and everyone else for their great support. It's much apprecaited by all the ELTA members.
