When asked if you would like english or french, do the french option. all french operators have to be bilingual.
Just speak english and they will respond in english.
Worked like a charm for me.

That's a great trick Janice, but it's just a little late - we gave up our land line earlier this year. You should have heard the incredible discounts they were throwing at us! Makes you wonder why they can't make a deal unless you are cancelling don't it?
