So about time i started a build thread  .  so although had a back injury this week , thought  about time to start a build thread ...so started to do a mock up of the bucket ....

The frame was a used frame and brought up to spects by another ( ont rodder member   Slim )

57 chevy rear end - 355 gears

40 ish ford front end ( purchased from ont rodder member- thanx Prostreet )   80s gm brake set up  ...

Crome coilovers again ( purchased from ont rodder member Ragtop )

Ive been gathering for a while , My goal for this year was to get this on its wheels as a roller , think im gonna make it ....

I have to thank alot of people here on rodders ,  picked alot of brains, watched the other builders , to each   Thanx

Not to be a smart ass.....but

You goin mud boggin with that?

If you keep going down the road your showing with the frame 12" off the ground now.....

By the time you add rims and tires....... the bottom of your frame will be about 20" off the ground

Add a bucket body...... and you better have a step stool if your gonna get in it...

I could be wrong.....I often am.....

lookin good .A few more pieces and you should be able to work at getting her rollin.

You might want to start by setting your frame at ride height and work from there .

A 700 lb engine and tranny sitting a foot behind the axle wont drop the frame down more than a couple of inches.

What are you doing for a body?

Just put my photoshoot model in it when I'm done with her. That will lower it down.

If when you put it together and its too high. Give me a call

We can z it in a hurry to get the ride hight you want

Traditional frames like you have are " traditionaly" too high

Depends on the look your goin for
