When I needed a good stock Model A axle, I contacted Sid's. They told me they didn't have any and tried to sell me a 32 axle to use in my 30. They wanted about $350.00. I contacted Joe's Speed Shop just up the street from Sid's. Joe used to work for Sid. He had about 75 Model A axles in stock. He blasts each one, magnafluxs it and verifies the alignment. He shipped it to me in Ontario from Oklahoma for under $200.00. Way less I think. When you call, you talk to either Joe or his wife. He listens and gives you what you want. He also included a t-shirt.
