Real nice posting.
When i was 10-12 i used to stop into a sign shop and watch the two old lads there doing signs, they also did gold leaf striping in fire trucks, very enjoyable and interesting to watch. Great guys ready to explain to a kid what was what and why.
The owner smoked the biggest smelly cigars all the time, the place was blue from smoke a lot of the times. Lol
This is my friend Glen Weisgerber out of Edison, New Jersey, any of you guys who were followers of any of the Funny cars in the seventies would know much of Glens work as he painted about every significant flipper that was ever painted! He hangs out on Facebook here https://www.facebook.com/glen.weisgerber.7 for those of you who do the book of face!check him out? He comes and hangs out fo with the rest of us fools at Syracuse to help Artie raise money for the charity each year, Glen is a super guy with talent oozing out of his every pore!

The people that are real good make it look easy.......that was fantastic. I'm to hamfisted to pull something like that off. Besides...paint brushes don't come with spell check.
