Wow what a shock to hear this news of Dave.....it was only the other week I was joking with him down at the Ancaster swapmeet with his trusted buddy AJ by his side........Dave will be sadly missed.......he was that type of young lad that sent the message the next generation gets it and will carry the hot rod torch for many years to come......God Speed Dave.

I read that on the HAMB....He was an early member here, as NortonGrimm. Only made a few posts. Sorry to hear about this, seems he was just a young guy.
All of us who knew Dave are in shock, such a great young guy to lose so early on is unfair.
I will certainly miss meeting up with him at the shows I normally was accustomed to bumping in to
him and Tara at..
Godspeed David.

I don't know Dave at all but I hear several members saying kind words about him..I wonder sometimes why we as such a large group does not consider taking the time to have a tour or a run to commemorate his love of rodding ..I think it would be great if when we lost a fellow rodder that is know to many what a great and fitting tribute it could to his family to have that memory and a great showing of his friends in this hobby ..a collection or donation of some sort may help his wife , Children, maybe even his mom or dad..Maybe the money would not even be important but the run or ride would be a great memory for family and what a great way to honor a brother rodder.... Just a thought I was wondering ..I have know some brother's over the years than when they passed some of his friends went to the funeral and then slowly just dropped away from contact and the wife or parents were left getting rid of his car or other related stuff and very few seemed to help..often the family is just not ready to do those things right away they need some time to grieve .. Maybe just because it's rememberance day or something But, when I thought of what a loss it is, to lose ones life so young we should do something to remember one of us..other than just a post on a forum...
In Niagara there is a tribute to passed rodders car show held annually, sadly the list of names is growing every year..............
Thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of a young rodder, gone way too soon...

There is? I don't get out much.
I didn't know Dave all that well, but he always made a point to come talk to me at shows or swaps when I was selling my art. He had some of my work hanging in his kitchen and that means a lot to me. Been thinking about him a lot over the last few days. This is tough, I can't imagine what his family is going through right now. Thoughts are with them.
