OFFY # 3702 tranny adapter fits ???

HI, I have an old aluminum tranny adapter with OFFY cast on the outside and # 3702 on the inside....just wondering what it fit .....been welded in many spots....hemi to ford 3 speed flatty??? ( now wall art)
