Kinda got thinkin bout you and Art up there with no hydro and all this bitter cold, thought I could share a tip with you ta keep er butt warm.. biggrin

That my friend is an excellent tip. Art say's he is tired of letting me sit on his hands.
I might even show him this.......but I will definitely use a pair of his socksbiggrin not mineno

Up here in my area we all use a styrofoam cut out toilet seat in our outhouses, works great ,,nice and warm to sit on, even at -40c.
(The 2 inch white foam works the best.)

Not so afraid of the cold seat in the old outhouse Ray.......Only when your butt freezes to it and a bears trying to come in when in use that scares me.wink

Try slathering the seat up with AXLE GREASE

Rotela. Works best!

I hear some here hook the incoming toilet water to the hot water feed.

 Parents use 1.5" blue SM styro. Instant heat!!

Re: Ziggy's post about "instant Heat", unless you have tried this you would not believe the heat it will reflect back!! pretty well instant, (which is good at -40c. Lol)
