Would they make a small detour to pick me up in Newcastle?

The only bus I'll be taking is the Windsor-Detroit tunnel bus .

Not to squash the intent of the original post, but I may put together a minivan full (6 +myself) for a seven way split on gas, crossing tolls and parking - you pay your food and ticket in. Should come in WELL under $75 if you can make it down here for the kick off. May actually be under $20 with a full van!

I'm not worried about price, just don't want to drive all that way. Rochie (Wayne) told me it was a cool show to attend, and would like to see it.

No problem here Steve.  There are lots of bus trips making the trip from all over the province.  This one just happens to be from our area North of K/W.  I will be there both Friday and Saturday as a spectator only this year.

It is "the" best show and I am very glad to see the interest coming from the members on this site.  They will absolutely love it.

It is the best indoor show you will possibly ever attend , I highly recommend it, been going for 12 or so years straight, going to miss it this year for the first time because I need the towing weekend to help with a charity Pinstriping auction in Cleveland Ohio...

Hey Chris,
you are talking about the basement right? Cuz the big show upstairs just celebrated jot's 60th birthday!

And Dan, YES it is a GREAT show upstairs and even better downstairs!!! People bring in cars from all over the country. Stuff you would never get to see, all in one place, for your viewing pleasure…not to mention a great bunch of guys to hang with in the basement.

Thanks Mark

Had to settle for The "Driven Award" from Street Rodder magazine's Brian Brennan and Eric Geisert and that was very special for this old hot rod.

The reunion with Wes Rydell was also very special.  Over 40 years since he took my place on our
