Since you're using so many Japanese parts, why not just go all the way !!

The most common conversion with a toyota box used the 79 to 85 4x4 (land cruiser I think) the nissan pathfinder I hear is really close . most of these were done to A D series and the latter task force . The chev truck axles retained the same dimensions from 33-55 1st the only change was  the king pin dia went from 47/64" to 22mm in 1940-41. I would think your challenge is making it fit under the hood in the 34 . CPP sells a power rack for the 49 to 55 AD you would have to ask them why it is only for them years when the axle dimensions for the truck are the same .

I have tons of room as I am only running a 250 inline. The truck axle changed in 55 .

Your info is correct same from 33 to 54 king pins got larger. axle dimensions are the same for car as well

but if you use a truck axle there is a 2 inch drop. Spindles cant be interchanged from car to truck either.

all axles are 50 inches king pin to king pin and 26 3/8 spring center to spring center.

It seems the box I am after is from a 81-85 pick up or 84-86 4 runner 4x4

The car axle from 33 to 39 have a 28" spring perch center and 33 to 36 have 13/4 tall kingpin boss the late model chev box mounts forward of the axle and  is on it's side , on the outside of the rail .That will create clearance problems( look at the CPP site)If I was going this route Id go with the toyota - cpp-400 if you can get one  or the R&P . If it was a bit warmer out a stroll through the pick and pull would turn something up.
