where are you located ?

There's a Metals Supermarket located in Cambridge as well as near Hamilton. If your panels don't need any bends or beading, then use 6061. Use 3003 if you do need bends in it. I would recommend putting some type of sound deadner on the backside of your panels to prevent rattling. You can use Dynamat, or if you want to save big dollars use "Peel&Seal" which is also available in Hamilton at the Roof-Mart.

you're going to be paying Hollywood money for sheeting like that, I found some a few years ago on kijiji as I needed some for a drag car I helped a guy build.  got a pretty good deal on some 3 by 4 off cuts.  shop around I guess.

These guys are right in your own back yard. Compare prices, might work out into your favour.

when building my race car interiors and bodies I used aluminium sheets that fella I rented space from used when building enclosed trailers.it was i believe 60 thou painted both sides.not the thin stuff not sure on grade probably 3003 as hemi said .the thinner painted one side is very brittle again not sure of grade.if you find a place that builds enclosed trailers near you.when he ordered it they wanted a minimum order to make it worth there while to ship.I know he did not use full sheets for all trailers.what he did not use would be scrap most cutoffs were2x4 3x4 feet.some were 2x8 or 3x8 might give you another option.I checked with him but he gave up building years ago.I would do metal shearing for him for a fella near smithville.his business was called hitchman trailers he may have what you need for a fee of course.just thinking it may have been 45 thou or close been to many years I do know I bead rolled it and bent 90s and 120s with no problem with cracking or breaking sometimes I had to take bend out [flatten] and rebend left slight crease but still no cracking.another thought if you need it thicker.he also built cabinets and tool boxes with 125thou sheets they were probably 3003 as they were bent at least 90 degrees also.

 It might be 5052 as pre-painted stock is usually meant for architectural and transportation purposes. Still has good forming qualities, less likely to mar or scratch and is better apt to the environment.
