some one sent this to me. what do you think?

                 New 789 Chevy
Thought you might enjoy looking at this
unusual Chevy. It's a 1957, 1958 & 1959
Chevy All Rolled Into One!

This car was built by N2A motors
(No Two Alike).

Unbelievable! The company is planning a
production run of about 100 vehicles. It
sits on a Corvette C6 chassis, Front
styled like a 57 Chevy, side like a 58,
rear like a 59. Hence the designation
"789."

Scroll down

Is this a hot looking car, or what !!

(You probably need to be at least 50 years old to really appreciate this! )

You would have thought with all that work they would have done something with that windshield. I actually like all of those new/old cars but for me they all have the same styling problem. One of the nice parts of a lot of older cars was the wraparound windshield. Ed

The wheelbase is too short for a wrap around. I loved it on my 58 chev wagon but my knees didn't.

Windshield is a structural part of that chassis. Legalities of changing it probably too much.

Yeah I'd say closer to 10 years ago. My Dad is nuts over this thing! I think it looks OK from the front or back but the side view proportions are a little too strange for my liking. If I were going to create a classic from a new 'Vette, I'd rather do up a classic 'Vette like the '53 or the '63 split window like the one that was at Detroit this year:

The '53 - '55 is the best looking of them all.
