Hello my name is Jim and I am just returning back to the "Car Scene". I started my love for cars at an early age, played with my dad's 67 Ford Galaxie, My first car was a 71 RS split bumper Camaro, followed by a 78 Z28 4 spd 327ci, then I really stepped up and got myself a 68 Camaro Track car, finally got into the 11 second bracket and man was I hooked. Then life took over and started a construction company, houses, wife and her kids. I developed a heart condition in 2008, my wife left took her half and mine, replaced the wife for a Dog, I never been happier. Now I starting from scratch, I have a Liquidation business dealing in automotive products and tools, currently I do occasional "Swap Meet" and I sell KD Tools online. I'll be at Ancaster on the 30th of this month, drop by and say hi... I want to say hi to Boots and his MOOSESTANG, ED and his projects (I'M still waitin for an invitation) Dylan the MAD TRUCKER..

Welcome Jim....If you want to post a little something is our vendors section, go for it....You might also want to make use of the Swap Meet section for stuff you are selling.
WelcomeJim. Wow that's quite a story. I can relate to some things. Bowties and ex wife when getting sick.
I am sure you will agree that even though you took some time off. The HOTROD never left you. Still inside all the time.
You don't have to own a HOTROD to be a gear head. As for the biz. Been there too. Funny. Life throws a curve ball once in awhile. Ya get sick. You certainly find out who is fake and walks. And ya move on. Dust yourself off andove forward.
Its not how many times ya fall. It's how many times ya get back up.
Good Morning to all, Thanks for the replies, feels like family already.. I want to say Thanks for the advice on putting my tools on to Poncho62 and another Thankyou to GhostPost, Thanks for the words of encouragement, I wish you the best and if you ever need anything let me know. Your right it never leaves you, I want to go cruzin Finch & Weston and seeing all the classic cars and then watchin them Race at 4am on some back road, Ahh, the good old days.... Can't wait to do it again..
P.S. Hey Boots, no relation to Tim the toolman, I build stuff right and I always have what you need.. I hope I see you up in Ancaster ED, don't worry about the weather, I hear springs coming....But then again so is Christmas! HA HA
