I picked up a pair of 58 Chevy lenses and ground the outside dia to fit into the HJ bezels.

Thanks Ray. I have a combination belt/ face sander and I just turned it around as I ground the sides. I have not polished the edge so if someone has any tips let me know.

Ray we will be in NB around May 16-18th for the weekend.

If you don't have access to buffing wheels and compound...I find Autosol works good, make sure you wipe it nice and clean.

I'd water sand that edge starting at 320 grit and work your way up to as high as 2000 before polishing by hand. Be very careful buffing plastic using a wheel and compound as heat is the enemy - I was recently buffing aluminum and it got so hot I could barely hold on to it!!!
