Seems like Swag hasn't been on for some time "Sept./13". I was going to say send him a PM, maybe he'll get an email.
If not, Molten I believe was the member who made them.
If for some reason, you can not get one from those two fellows, I would part with one of mine.
But please, check with them 1st.

Yep, absolutely. Picked mine up at the Fleetwood Cruise. Swag had them all bundled up and ready to go when I got there. I got one of each, and they are good looking plaques
