ya, my next turbo dodge effort will prob be another daytona or a charger ( I've already bought the Quaife L-S diff for my trans so I'm kinda commited now lol)

for rwd the best trans is currently the 5 spd from one of the 5 cylinder chevy pickups - I forget what they're called

my issue is the aluminum bellhouseing eventhough guys can build 600 hp fwd dodges , everything spins in the same direction as the wheels so there's less stress on the case but with rwd there a loss in the flow of power haveing to change direction which has to go somewhere - that being the trans case or bellhouseing so a milder motor would probably be the plan for a rwd 2.2 project

Idono exactly, but that blue charger in the vid is probably in the high 500 hp to 600 hp range now - there's a guy on the turbo mopar site trying for 700 , his work is beyond words

I'd be content with 480-525 myself

got most of my parts already , I just need to get my crank and a garret gtr3082r turbo - lol and a rot free car

the crank , IF I can still get it is the factory forged 2.2 piece with about 12 pounds cut outta it

lol, that blue charger is a street driven car too - I think the guy says it gets an hour or so of race prep but he drove it for an 1100 km round trip last year
