So I want a motorcycle...something has to give....so up goes my beloved dust collector.
1988 Regular cab, short/step side box. 305ci with 700r4 PROJECT 8" roof chop, 3" body drop (channel) custom made rear frame and 6 link suspension with Watts link air bags on all four corners. Comes with 8 Parker air valves. All the hard work is done, but this is still very much a project. Have most parts to complete. Nothing cookie cutter about this truck. $2500 I have a valid ownership in my name.
Would consider trade or part trade on a motorcyle....500cc range.
PM for more details or contact info.
I have a build thread here showing a bunch of my work on this thing.
Probably Chris.
But I can't stand to see it collect dust in my shop and I simply have no time in my immediate future.
I have lots of parts in/for this truck.
It has bell tech drop spindles, four #2600 bags, I'll throw in a York 210 compressor that can be converted to engine driven air for the bags, I have two dual needle air pressure gauges for the bags, probably some fittings and air line (not sure how much). It has new front rotors, new rear drums....all rear link bushings are energy suspension and the tube is all DOM.
The 305 is out of a '95 1500 and it comes with the entire cab wiring harness, dash, ECM, steering column (basically the entire interior) etc. with it's original mated 700r4.
I also have the front clip out of the '95 that would go with it.
It has a bench seat but I would throw in the '95's 60/40 split.
It is also adorned in my blood, sweat and tears which alone are priceless. 😞
I am calling this my mid life crisis sale,
I don't want to part it out, but I am willing to see it go.
Not too bad and you have just got your license? Sounds very unreal Mark. $1800 for me to ride my 500 cc vintage bike and that was with basic PL and PD.. Never kept my bike license up and according to current rules wouldn't have mattered had I not kept current insurance to keep my rates instead of just holding the license.. Had I went further than the 60 day temp license when I was 16 and bought the brand new bike ,I'd have had 31 years now... Hated my mobile so bad that I sold it with 128 km on it,lol...

I was quoted just over $700 and then after I take the course it would be around $450...based on an older 500cc range bike. Farmers mutual....that included my multi vehicle discount.
