Anyone else feel that big bang this afternoon .I get used to the trains banging around and shaking the shop but this was a little different,deeper rumble and shake and not as sharp a sound. All the stuff I see says a meteor east of Toronto,is Newcastle still there?  Ed

Seems the social media is full of reports of meteor sightings around 4:30 over the GTA heading east. CP24.com is reporting this

I thought fatstax had threatened to fart at some point this weekend biggrin. The expectation was that it would possibly be noticed, felt, smelled as far away as Lindsay. Could that have been it? wink

That was funny..About a 1/2hr ago I put the dog out ,came home covered in burrs..little bugger.. I had to take him on the deck to pull all the burrs out and I smelled a chitty odour in the wind..coming from the east, Coulda been fatstax....and I thought it was the farmers around me..biggrin I never felt the bang or the shake . glad I was further away. If it was fatstax there could be a brown fog over the GTA for the morning commute disbelief drive save
