Thought that I would share.  Make note of this website, he is always updating and selling vehicles that he finds.  Almost always a great price and always with a Good Title from North Dakota.

Just reading a post over on Cdn. poncho where the IRS in US is now requiring paper work that you bought the vehicle from a Lic. tax collector on top of the 72 hr. notification!!! If no Tax lic. then they collect b-4 you cross into Cda. & pay "MORE TAX" on our side. Think they said this took effect Apr.?? Making it harder to buy down south from "JOE Citizen" with no tax lic. Everybody's got their hand in our pockets NOW!!!!!

 I have brought several vehicles across over the years and trying to find if this is now applicable.
