Belair 1955 Darlin B. Courtice, Ontario The Belair was built in Kansas City in March, 1955, We made a few repairs; the most important one was the addition of a radio, since you just cannot go cruising without your rock and roll. While I was picking up a few things on the way home from a recent car night, a young boy had seen me drive in. In the store his mother and I started talking and I asked him What kind of car he wants to have when he is older? His answer was a big surprise and priceless. He said " Your's ". The coolest part was as we started cruising around, we met so many people and they stop and tell us the most amazing stories. We have heard from grandfather, fathers, mothers, daughters or sons and their Chevy's. They tell us who had the car, a description and some admitting they wished they still had it. Their stories are great and we cherish every one of them. All I wish for now is sunny days, my Belair and the road. I will be the lady behind the wheel of the sea mist green Belair.
