If you don't, you will think about how you should have bought it for many years to come
Grampa used to say
--------"THE LORD HATES A COWARD"--------
(I don't think he does but I'm not going to argue with Grampa)
TMJ
Drove 24 HR straight through the worst snow storm I had ever seen to Speedway motors with a friend (in a Chevette with trailer) to pick up his T-bucket body.
If you had left already instead of posting you would only have 15 hours left to get there.

Stop in Trout Creek on your way back down and there is one sitting in a field you can pilfer parts from.
I tried buying it 18yrs ago but the guy was going to restore it.... Its still sitting there unrestored...... I see it every time I drive past and it p*sses me off to no end
I say if you don't have a trailer, borrow/rent one and go get it stax!
deal is done, im going on the weekend of the 27th of june. the guy sent me tons of pictures, its pretty mint actually. i wonder if they offer fleet insurance for vintage? i might need it
that's the truck, you know how you get the hook in you for a vehicle, that's what has happened here. I now know my calling, build it and they will come
contrary to what some may assume, this one will be finished and painted, I figure I will show the player haters what I can do. im thinking slammed on bags with the stuff from my buick.
events have been set in motion that cannot be undone, the deposit has been sent, I have bought the trailer, the highway to thunder bay is still there from what I know, I will have this truck and build it
I'm more surprised that its still there and he dropped the price . Plymouth only made trucks from 37 to 41 same idea as the Canadian fargo but never started up again after the war. Rare is a understatement.
The only problem with it being in Thunder Bay is its a two week drive . Just Too many good rivers to run between here and there . The steel just outside Terrace bay is worth the drive alone.
