I don't think that's a coupe.

 

Looks like Tudor quarters to me.

 

As for the "partially restored" comment.  I don't think painting the dash with Tremclad Red Oxide Primer really qualifies as "partially restored".  

 


Upon further inspection of the pics, I don't even think it's a '29.  That cowl looks '30-'31 to me.

some people have no clue what coupe , sedan , roadster or hard top mean

hell chrysler called a 70 road runner with pop out quarter windows a coupe , but with posts in front of them I'd say sedan
