Finally had to brake down and have an awkward conversation with my neighbour about the view/crap all around his place that I see from the front of my place.

IMAG6248-1.jpg

1st picture is what he see's when he looks out his window at my place.

The other pics are what I seeno

But after we talked he understood why I was complaining and I found something to make his son happy and improve my view shown in last 2 pics.

This will workwink

I would call the property standards department of your town. I see a few infractions that would not be allowed in my town. Good luck Janice.

I know/knew this guy - the house has since been cleaned up - because the bank took it over

the old pics showed beer cans all over the lawn - this believe it or not actually looks clean

Why am I thinking this is a bit of a joke/gag post confusebiggrin

At first glance you appear to be complaining about plenty of junk across the street but then you mention that YOU made his son happy by somehow connecting him to yet another junky looking eyesore (to most people).

I'm thinking you're actually pretty much fine with mess across the street as you and yours and the people across the street make just fine neighbours   smile

BTW, am I looking at what might be a very nice Cuda in the background?

Fat chance they will say anything to the mayor. Probably have a wind turbine placed in front of the stink pipe of the canoe factory and point it at your place.

Hillbillies beside me moved last week . took the farm implements off the front lawn . bus, cabin cruiser dirt bikes , snow mobiles, pig roaster trailer, car trailer, thier pig and three dogs and a tank full of some type of reptiles . Pissed me off  I could do just about anything and still look good.

So I guess I am missing something here. Are there wild pool parties every night . Is he spraying pesticides on his lawn and poisining everything in site. Is he putting up structures to block sunlight. What is this person doing that endangers your health or safety. Perhaps the local neighbourhood lifestyle police should issue a summins to appear in person infront of his accusers,or they could whimp out and call the authorities as was suggested. Or hopefully this post was a joke like DB Cooper posted,If that is the case then in the imortal words of Roseanne Rosannadana"never mind" Ed

I saw the 'cuda - but I don't get excited unless it's an AAR

there was one in my aunt & uncle's neighbour's car port in vancouver when I visited back in 71

buried under lawnchairs and assorted junk & coated with dust

I had no clue what it was at the time being only 6 back then

but I have to wonder , new car ... what did that guy break lol

- was a red one

lmao Rob.
Local wrecker guy drops that off to dump steel/metal in to take away.

Neib is in the process of raising the roof by 12" on his bus so a lot of welding/fab going on over there right now before the cutting starts. That project has and will continue to be a huge learning experience. Its either going to be way cool.... or a complete sh*t show.
The jury is still out, but hey nothing to lose for me, just learn.
He also just tore apart a 28 ft travel trailer to use for his boat trailer and I did mention it would be a good idea to get it out of the middle of the road.

Which he promptly filled up with wood for me  as soon as it was finished and trailered it to my work shop.smile  Its all good in my hood.
Never a dull moment!
