I spent a week, after selling all my cars, and couldn"t ake it anymore.I had to buy a new toy, a 1996 Impala SS,I know it is not a rod by any chance, but is is super clean,It was bought brand new by a fellow that took great care of it and loved it immensely. He had fallen ill and had to sell it.I was fortunate to have found it through a fellow member here and I will continue to take the best care I can of it like the original owner did. I will post some pics soon.

Go to..... www.impalassforum.com/vBulletin/ Lots of good information there. My son has a '96 SS. I have a '94 Caprice SS wagon. LT1 etc. The SS Caprice was made for export to Europe.
The later Impalas are known as Wimpalas.
