Go look in the mirror. The one you see looking at you can do it. What issues are you having? They are not hard to tune. The manual that often comes with them is very good. However we can walk you through probably.

The edelbrock carbs are very easy to tune, don't leak, and tend to keep their tune. You should get the tuning kit for it so you have a selection of rods, jets, hangers, and springs. Also, the kit comes with a book that describes how to tune the carb and a chart that shows how the rods/jets interact to tune the carb.
