Thought I'd wander back in, been away awhile. Tell me, am I the only one still waiting for summer - it's been below 60' the past couple days. I remember August as a kid laying in bed, can't sleep for the heat, listening to the cicadia in the trees. Where did that weather go?

I just returned from 6 days at Sauble Beach. 2 days of sun, 3 cloudy windy and cold and rain and it rained most of the way home on Saturday. Missed Sand fest by I day rain on the Sauble cruise night ,cold and rain for Southhampton cruise night. It was just a great time.
Fords Rule ! If it ain't designed and manufactured in North America it sucks ! I don't do rice, pasta, fish and chips, sauerkraut, Ikea or other third world motor vehicle !
weather man on CTV has been saying that "polar vortex" is returning end of Sept. & we could have "SNOW" from there on in that will stay till spring!!!! Lovely, just $#@ing LOVELY Hope he's WRONG

Don,t trust the weatherman. We listened to the weather report for Owen Sound Saturday morn and they said cloudy with rain later in the day then cloudy and cool until Wednesday. We decided to come home early because of that. It was raining at 10 Sat morning as we loaded up and it rained to Mildmay and then on and off till we got home. Watched the weather channel Sunday and no clouds anywhere from Sudbury down. Great weather, lousy weather reports.

The only job I know of where you can be dead wrong EVERY day and still keep your job. I wake up & look out the window. If I want to know what it'll be like in 3 or 4 hours I'll text my brother-in-law in Sarnia.
