Turned the TV on this morning and Global was reporting charges have been laid. Person from Niagara Falls (they gave a name but I didn't catch it) is the culprit. Didn't mention anyone else involved so far. Report was already underway when I turned on the TV so I may have missed some key info. Anyone else catch it? A least they caught somebody this time.
