I've had a dream of travelling this wonderful country, and our southern counter part, and scour the land for these rusting relects, and give them new life...working them over by hand, and passing them on, for a favourable profit!  I am looking for a partner/partners to invest and help get this highrollin, hotroddin' ad-venture off the ground!

Anybody interested?

this could be interesting.

what have you got in mind? i have been doing it for 6-7yrs now. i know i have flipped a dozen maybe more in that time. being an old truck driver i get my kick out of finding them and getting them here, not so much working on them. actually, i have a couple here now to go.
being as you live in the "holy land", ennismore, i feel more comfortable about it. lol   one of them here now is a definite money maker.

67 plymouth! I have one of those. What size rims are on the back? I am looking for something like that for my car but don't know what size/backspace will fit best.

I did this for a while, but haven't had space or time recently. I was doing about once major build a year.

By 22 I had already gone through 22 cars, that's when I decided to stop counting. I'm 42 now and have 10 cars here now.

Yeah, it's a problem but keeps me outta the bar. (that's what I tell my wife!)

22 for me was 1972 and cars were a dime a dozen back then. i wouldn't have the foggiest on how many i have been through. i had 12 around here this spring but chopped that down to 7 over the summer. i will end up with 5 that i am going to keep.

-

the plymouth is for sale if anyones looking for a winter project-hint-hint-lol

Every time I try to sell any thing the only people who want it are flippers that want my stuff for free so they can flip it. To many of those stupid T.V. shows now a days more flippers out there now than true car guys any more. Good luck with your new endeavor.

Thx Shag,

I think that Belv. has HUGE potential to be a fast & loud mofo!  It could go so many ways tho too!  I guess that is the hardest part, picking the direction of the build....Gasser, trailer queen, show stopper, musle...rod...blah blah blah you know more than I do the options out there are limitless....

Anytime I'm in the area, I would definitely look you up!  Thx for the invite!

I wish I only had 10 Cars!!! I'm slowly getting rid of a few wrecks/parts cars and anything brand X, I'm hoping to be at 40 or less by the time the snow flies.

I counted about 10 years ago and had owned over 100 cars in my life at that time.

On that belv - do you have the front grill assembly and bumper? I see a lot of these 67's either missing them entirely or with 66' pieces instead. The 67' parts can be hard to find.

I may have some spare stuff if you need it. I had to buy it all for my car since it has a 66' assembly and bumper. The bumper is the hardest part to find and I am still looking for a good one.
