Has anyone here ever used wilwood pedals on a build?

Im thinking of using them on my  56 F-100 , my plans with the build so far have stayed away from truditional and am building a more up to date resto mod. I'm interested in any feedback  from anyone that can advice me of the pros/cons, the set up looks prety cool, im running 4 piston wilwood calipers all around with 12" up front and 11" out back i also like the looks of the 3 small master cylinders over the large booster and single master. Im also running a hydoulic clutch on a T-56 6 speed.

The 'Cat in the Hat' uses those pedals often - he swears by them! Actually, he swears away from them too, he just swears in general.

I use a willwood brake pedal and dual master cylinder, I found it very easy to mount.

 very cool wuga, thats what im looking for. What does the bore size need to be, i had thought 1" for the front/rear brakes and .75" bore for the hyd clutch?

is this setup as powerful or as effective as running a duel master with a booster?

are they easy to set up, im assuming there is no need for equilizing valve, just two seperate circuits to each set of brakes (front/back) and the mechanical link looks after front and back biest?

would i just use an inline hyd brake switch for the brake lights.

 are yours also power assisted or the good old fasion standard? With this set up is there good feel as well as good stopping power?

They have individual masters for front and rear and an equalizer bar you can adjust and forget about it or a remote cable drive so you can change front to rear bias on the fly, right from your seat!!!!

I have built many cars over the years

And have tried many brake systems

Once it found wilwood dual master system

I use it all the time

6 cars i have built have that set up

I highly recomend it. It works. Its easy

The bias is in the peddle. No proportioning valve needed

1" bore will work Medium weight peddle

To compliment your system i also recomend the speedway

Brakeline kit with 3an fittings $150

Pumbed complete systems without one leak. Amazing

Thanks for the input, ì think thats how i will go,  I'm also using the 37 deg an fittings this is my first 4 wheeler build, my truck will likly come in somwhere around the 3400 lb mark i have used 3/16" s.s. lines and thought that 1" bore would be suficiant also 3/4" bore for the clutch.

 

In your experiance should this work?

Yes it should work well

Dont forget to Bench bleed the masters

Makes it easier
