Just got home-place was packed with vendors ,spectators and lots of show cars-I wish they had a better system for the vendors to get in-I arrived at 6:45 am at the gates and it took a whole hour to get inside and park to vend-they were still coming in at 9 am . Should have 2 gates -not one guy collecting money. Good show-nice social event-little cool but I wore the winter coat.

Was friggin freezing....enroute back to London I see the sun by Woodstock, get out of the car and me neighbour is in shorts and barefeet putting up halloween decorations....

I never saw anyone I knew but there could have been some there I was to busy looking at all the "stuff" very good swap meet anything and everything a guy could want! I should have worn warmer clothes though but after seeing a guy with shorts and a t shirt I didn't feel as cold anymore biggrin

We joined the vendor's line up about 7:00 AM, took over an hour before we got to the point of setting up. The Rodmasters definitely have to come up with a new plan for getting at least the majority of the vendors in and set up before the spectators arrive. Maybe they could open the spectators' gate at 9:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM.
It certainly was cold, decent crowd, sales were not too bad. Very enjoyable day!

It was a good day out, I didn't find it was that cold, but I did dress for it (I was a Boy Scout). Lots of familiar faces out there today.

Snagged a pair of amazing F 100 rear step fenders from Murray, a pair of '53 tail lights for the Ranch Wagon that are a little better than mine, and of course a few vintage model kits.

I arrived at 5:45 a.m. and was in by 6:10 a.m. Early bird always gets the worm so to speak. Sales were dead till after lunch and then went well. Those who know me dropped by and said hi and those who don't just kept walking????? I took at a quick walk around at 6:15 and wanted to buy too much so I came back inside. That mystery guy (34 guy) was seen lurking around and then slipped out the back door!!!! Unfinished Nationals is my next show and thanks to Will for the primo spots!!!!
