I have a NOS rear upper control arm with  the welded tab  for the drivers side-for 12 bolt cars for extra clearance around the bushing boss-this has the old black/white gm part ssticker # 3869853 -should fit 64-67 as well-these appeared in the last week of January 67 for the remaining ss models or cars ordered with a 12 bolt.-this has never been on a car-it had alot of scratches/shelf wear-I glassbeaded it ,repainted -email me at 70ss@rogers.com  for pictures.asking $100
