I hear houses are pretty expensive in the "centre of the universe".....You should be able to buy a nice property out of the city

I am moving to a small town north of Whitby. My commute will be the same, but hopefully no mortgage! And I can stop renting my shop!

My house is only $385K. Cheapest place in Toronto! I will make a deal for a forum member ;)

now won't that be nice. walk out the door into a nice shop instead of a 3/4hr drive if you feel like just tinkering on something.
