grill and rad support advice

I'm at the point in my project where I need to fabricate the rad and grill support.

I have a 34 chev cowl and an aluminum rad.

Any advice would be helpful

Depends on what you are using for a grill and what hood you are using.

Im with Jarvis on this one some more detail as to what you are trying to achieve will help. The cowl is above the fire wall the rad is at the front of the engine .Unless you have a big ass heater core

HI JENS : What nice workmanship -- I think you will need to make a l-o-n-g hood with the motor set that far back -- Wow , talk about weight transfer !! Years ago , it used to be acceptable if the balancer was even with the spindle -- Keep up the good work -- LATER -- DON / FLEET 51

It is back a bit but the rad shell sits on top of the axle.... hard to say with only one picture.

well your there . I,d say top of rad shell level with or just a bit below cowl height . but it all really depends on your vision for the project and the finished ride height . ie up in the front or up in the back .
what,s the bike in the back ground ??..77.
