I thought I saw a thread about differential widths here but can't find it. Anyone have experience putting a later diff with disc brakes under a '63 Falcon or Comet? I though I recalled the Bronco being closest but the offset was an issue. Any thoughts?

Just saw this on the HAMB

"The 60-63 are the same basic body style. A 63 with a V8 was 56 inches from mounting surface to mounting surface. The narrowest 8 inch ford ever made."

Wayne, I have to get my tape out and measure. Thanks larry, I'll remember. Say, did you live in St Catharines at one time? Cat, we talked about me dropping by your place, guess I'll have to make it happen now. I'd love to lay eyes on the Comet anyway. I'll give you a call.
