I am looking for a set of 15" x 8" steel rims, no holes or slots, just plain old rims.

5 on 5.5 with a backset well over 4" or that can be rewelded to a 5" backset.

That can be cleaned up for powder coating or already black.

What's hiding in your closet?

I have an old pair of wagon spoke rims 15x8 and I believe they are 4" backset - but of course they also have holes unfortunately
they are free if you can use them

Speedway has 15x8 hoops if you want to build your own.
They do not have the valve stem holes in them yet so you can build them reversed if you want.
I bought and used a pair last year,,they worked well.
They give a pretty good description with measurement on the web.

I searched Speedway several hours last night and found every type of rim except the hoop. Do you have a part number or a particular search criteria to find these hoops?

Thanks

Warren

Warren,
make sure of your centre diameter. The speedway hoops are 12.685". If you find something different on your centres call Jimmy at Rallye America and he will fix you up.

15x8  5-5.5 would be for a 1/2 ton Ford   most stock rims would be 15x6.5 max      I used to sell 15x8 plain steel    I will look for you

Things have changed a bit here. Thanks for your responses, but we have a set of 16" slicks now so we need a set of 16 x 8 with 5 on5.5 bolt pattern. We have checked out military wheels and truck wheels but so far they are all under the 8" width. I was going to get a set of the Speedway hoops, but can't find a set in the 16" diameter. Right now I am looking at a set of Vintiques from Summit 16 X 8, 5 on 5.5 with a 5"backset. Looks like our best bet so far. I will be ordering these the first or second week of April. If anyone here has anything, please let me know.

Thanks again
Warren
