Econoline spindles use a smaller king pin > .741 they also had 2 different styles 61- 63 .... 64-67.. That being said anything can be made to fit if your determined enough .

The other alternative is to get a tube axle made for the spindles I have. Does anyone do that?

I don't know if you seen this tread http://ontariorodders.activeboard.com/t59476985/looking-for-complete-front-end-for-29-ford/   try speedway they could have what you need . I see they sell weld in stubs also if you want to fabricate it yourself . not sure what will match the econoline spindles so I would email or call.

That one got sold. The van axles are quite wide. I have narrowed them, but I don't feel comfortable doing it .Yes ,Speedway has a good selection and they sell weldin stups but I have never tried that. There must be a fabricator around who can do it.

Steve,
You try Welder Series? Not sure if they have, but you never know.

I have a front axle that came with my first project. It is parallel leaf and had square back spindles on it before. I was told it was an early ford truck and it was shortened to 46" pin ctrs. I still have the leaf springs which are new with new bushings and shackles. Don't know if that's what you're after?

Thanks for the pics, the axle may be too narrow. I will have to measure,Its for my 55 Ford.
