It was a hot day in Minnesota. Helga hung the wash out to dry and then went into town to pick up her dry cleaning.
“Goodness, its hotter den hell today”, she mused to herself as she walked
down Main Street.
She passed a tavern and thought to herself, “Vy nodt…”
The bartender walked up to her and said: “And what would you like to drink today?”
“Vell ya know” Helga said in a timid voice, “I don’t usually go into da bars but today I vill make an exception. It iss zo hot, I tink I vill have myself a beer.”
The bartender smiled at Helga and asked: “Anheuser Busch?”
Helga blushed and said: “Vell, it’s fine tanks, and how’s yur viener.”
Yep..Kurt is a nut but also a driver that races to win.He has been suspended without being charged or convicted of any crime. A judge in a 'restraining order' case has stated in 'his opinion ' Kurt is guilty . Even if Kurt is exonerated his career is probably over [ Chevrolet has dropped him]. I always thought ' innocent till proven guilty' Based on nascars previous practice of ingnoring driver and owners arrests, convictions, and jail time I see one hell of a lawsuit coming.
I don't like either one of them. But they are both great drivers and you cant take that away from them. I am with Bob T Kurt has not been proven guilty but suspended. I also see a big law suite coming.

in this day & age I'd expect there's a clause in his contract or on his raceing licence that says he could be barred due to alligations of discreditable conduct or character
nascar's gone the same way as indy raceing and F1 - too many pretty preppy superfical types for me to have any interest anymore - though I really lost interest when factory sheetmetal disapeared from the cars long ago
to me a stock car should look like < that < , not a bubble packet of soap for the dishwasher
I guess that's makeing me sound old now lol

sounds like either he's full of crap , lost his marbles or been set up to sound like he's lost his marbles
the only thing that will beat the set up to sound crazy is an independant mental evaluation without any input from friends or family who may have an $$$ interest in him being found to be nuts
eh , I have some experiance with the later situation myself this is how I'd know about that
Not sure I'm understanding this post .... are you saying these two boys have gone under the knife and now ... ahhh, pee sitting down, or were they both on a tandem bicycle and impacted the cross bar at high speed. Either way, if they are both great drivers, who cares if they no longer own a sausage and beans?
I gotta be honest .... even with a bush, I wouldn't be able to accept the hairy boobs (but that's just me ...)

I don't care for Kurt Bush, however, let him have his day in court. The media has no business trying to convict him.
Major League Sports have enough problems keeping their own houses in order. Major League Sports are NOT our morals guardians. Look at Brian Williams LYING in the News for years, and we are to believe what the Media puts up to sell advertising? Let the courts do their jobs, let the chips fall where they will.
If Kurt goes to jail then I guess the rest is a non-story.

Apparently Kurt Busch will not be facing criminal charges and, in addition, has started a reinstatement program through NASCAR so it appears he will be back racing soon.
This is a statement issued by the courts:
"The Delaware Department of Justice has carefully reviewed the complaint made of an alleged act of domestic violence involving Kurt Busch in Dover on Sept. 26, 2014, which was reported to the Dover Police Department on Nov. 5, 2014 and investigated. After a thorough consideration of all of the available information about the case, it is determined that the admissible evidence and available witnesses would likely be insufficient to meet the burden of establishing beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Busch committed a crime during the Sept. 26 incident. Likelihood of meeting that high burden of proof is the standard for prosecutors in bringing a case. For this reason, the Department of Justice will not pursue criminal charges in this case."
