I'm guessing that's actually a misprint and most likely should read "king of the north FUR sale". It is winter and the place is just south of James Bay .... it's the perfect location for winter trade of pelts, whale blubber etc.



It sure hasn't been open very long ... wonder what the real story is.

It kind of tells you something when it cost 3 million to build and selling after one year for half a mill. less. The problem is logistics.

typical racing economics.... if you want to be a millionaire ... start off with 5 million in a racing business,, you will be a millionaire very sooooon!! . <grin>
but , it is sad ... and the face book chatter is even more BS that should never be made public..
