Are these ok to get even though they are discontinued and what price should I expect to pay for one? I was thinking of getting one for my 90 chevy.

they actually work well . price I,m not shure on .. but I know a bunch of guys using those small off shore ones and like them
but the screen on the red brick you can compare 4 screens at once I think ..77.

They work good but are very out dated. You need something like that for your pre OBD 2 chev. I wouldn't pay more than a couple hundred bucks.

This scanner works very well,make sure when you purchase one that all of the chips and connectors are there for the vehicles that you want to check.The manual lists all of these parts,these parts are quite small and could have been lost.You may have to clean up the cable connectors, from my experience they must be very clean in order to work properly.
