Selling a pair of 400's.  Both are 4 brl motors and pretty complete.

1976 400 - had water in two cylinders, but is standard bore.  It will probably need to go 60 over because of those two cylinders.  It obviously got in through the carb, as the thermoquad is all seized up also.  It has been torn down to the short block for inspection.  Everything else looks ok, including the 452 heads.  No seized valves or anything.  Comes with a nearly complete accessory drive.  Its just missing the water pump pulley.   Alternator, water pump, A/C,  brackets and the rest of the pulley's are there.  Was filled up with oil right up to the cam - ended up draining several gallons out of the motor - so I think the bottom end is ok.

$300 for anyone from this board

1978 400 - have taken off the intake and valley tray, but not gotten any farther yet.  This one is stuck, but the cylinders were dry and it looks good inside the lifter valley.  It has all the manifolds, and the water pump housing.  Have pulled the plugs and put some penetrating oil in the cylinders.  This one still has several gallons of oil in it, so the bottom end is probably ok.

$300 for anyone from this board

Both are good core motors for building the stroker you always wanted ;)
