1969 to1971 Dodge D100 front brake drums

Hello all I have a question as to my Dodge Sweptline front axle that I have acquired. It has wheel bolts instead of wheel lugs what gives.... anybody? I would like to convert to disc brakes was wondering how to separate the  drum from the hub any thoughts appreciated Thx as always Frank

Some Dodges used bolts instead of studs, and nuts. Some also had left hand threads on the bolts on drivers side.

 up until 1968 dodge cars had reverse threads on the PASSENGER side - I have no idea about trucks
