We lost a cruissin buddy this week on the east side. Bill Foster passed away this week . Bill was a long time rodder from the Port Hope/ Cobourg area . There was a celebration of Bills life today and the little street he lived on was jammed both sides with rods, customs and restored beauties of every description. The back and front yards were filled with friends and relatives all swapping old stories and adventures with Bill . If lots of food and a full house and yard mean a good life than Bill and those who knew him were blessed. The lesion I took from this week is get out there and do it. Ed
Sorry for the loss of parent and friend. Tough stuff to go through for sure. Being remembered for what you did for others is the greatest gift of all.
Rest in Peace
Lost both my parents a few years back. Funny how you miss that phone call every other day when you felt you were doing something more "important" at the the time. Cycle of life, seem to lose a good friend once or twice a year now. Have a group of 5 or 6 close friends and we try to just get out to breakfast on a Sun morning. Kinda alternate thru them and start back at the beginning so every month or so we stay in touch.
Sorry for your losses
