AMD makes repro front fenders, doors, and rear quarter panels / they are probably the best, but not perfect.

From what I have read:

a) The best door fit is to use your own frame (inner) and fully re-skin the outside of the door (using new AMD outer).
- and cheaper than full door shells

b) New AMD repro front fenders may have to be reworked, on the inside structure...to fit perfect.

When I tackle my 67 Beaumont SD sheet metal, probably do a) and rebuild my original fenders, if I don't find a pair of NOS in ON.

Tim man helped me with my Acadian rear bumper and shipping was cheap too.
