i gave myself a present and ordered a marti report for my 67 xl convert with the Q-code 428 in it. i would appreciate some input from the ford guys, others welcome also, on translating the statistics numbers that came with it in the statistic report section.
-
- your vehicle was one of:
--144 with this paint code
--1 with these paint/trim codes
--327 with these engine/transmission codes
--36 ordered from this d s o
--1893 with white power top w/glass backlite
-for the 1967 xl 2-door convertible
-
i realize that it should be pretty self explanatory but for some reason after i study it i still think i am missing some info, some how. its probably a brain fart on my part no doubt but i feel like i am missing something.
there now is several levels ($$$$$) of report. some with more detail than others.

Your car may have the complete 7 litre package. does it have bucket seats ?
yes it has the buckets which i think all x-l models had. fortunately it had been stored inside or there would of been no interior left as the sun just eats it up out there . i brought home a 67 belevedere with it that had sat out and there was no interior left in it. the car was solid as hell but no interior at all. they were both about a 100mi south of salt lake city in moab utah.
this pic shows the interior before clean up and thankfully there wasn't a tear or a blemish in it other than a crack in the dash and steering wheel. i have a new carpet set to go in it as i couldn't get the red tint out of it.
