Based on the tail lights/rear and the front wheel drive (and no doubt the interior), my guess is it's nothing more than a late 90's Chevy Lumina that has had some body modifications done to it. I wonder what the ownership says it is.

I couldn't help but notice the last name of the seller (Sleeman) ...... if he has ties to the brewery, that could explain a lot biggrinwink

 That's exactly what it looks like to me too. Calling that a 39 Merc I think would be fraud.
